My interpretation of Luthien Tinuviel from J.R.R. Tolkien's Tale of Beren and Luthien. Unlike the elves in the movie she's wearing vibrant colours to reflect that it was the spring of Elvenkind in MiddleEarth (the first age), and she is often depicted wearing blue. The jewel on her headdress is supposed to be the Silmaril that Beren and Luthien took from the Crown of Morgoth.
